This study aims to analyze the efficiency of transportation and inventory costs in supporting business sustainability at CV Kharisma Bintang Emas, a ceramic and granite distribution company located in Sungai Selan. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and literature review, and were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that transportation cost efficiency has not yet been fully optimized due to the intensive use of the company's internal fleet, increasing vehicle operating and maintenance costs, and distribution patterns that have not been managed efficiently. Inventory cost management also faces several challenges, including inventory fluctuations, the potential for overstock and stockout, and increasing product returns indicating the risk of damaged goods. Furthermore, the study found that transportation costs and inventory costs are closely interrelated in influencing the company's operational efficiency. Ineffective inventory control increases distribution activities, while inefficient distribution patterns affect inventory balance. Therefore, integrating transportation and inventory management is essential for improving operational efficiency and supporting the company's long-term business sustainability
